Ogbu stays out another fortnight

Enugu Rangers striker, Brendan Ogbu (pictured), is expected to remain on the sidelines for another two weeks due to a knee injury.
Naijaligue.blogspot.com learned that the former UNTH FC of Enugu forward is yet to recover from the injury he sustained during his side’s 2 – 2 draw with Nigeria Premier League (NPL) leaders, Dolphins at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium on May 19.
Ogbu said he has been informed by the club’s medical team that he needs another two weeks to recover.
The projection is that Ogbu could be ready for the trip to Abeokuta where Rangers will face 3SC in a Week 27 game.
“I am doing well recovering from the knee injury I sustained in our game against Dolphins. I have been told that I should be back with the team in at least two weeks,” the striker of the Flying Antelopes told Naijaligue.blogspot.com.
Ogbu has scored nine goals in the ongoing campaign for Enugu Rangers.
The forward has scored a goal each against Lobi Stars, Zamfara United, Kwara United, Crown FC, Heartland, Dolphins and a hat-trick against Juth
